Term 2 is a 10 week term starting on the 10th of May and finishing on the 16th of July.

There will be no swimming on Queen’s Birthday.
Naenae Pool will be closed for their annual maintenance from the 19th of April to the 8th of May. Term 2 will commence on the 10th of May.
Rubber Flippers are required for groups Piranhas and up.
Buy them at your local sports shop or you can also order through Yvonne, yvonneb@xtra.co.nz

SWIMZONE RACING
Throughout the season the squads need to be tested as far as speed and conditioning goes.
The Swimzone Racing Club has been running Timezone race nights on Fridays about every 5 -6 weeks. This is part of our programme and we will be keeping with this theme for the current season. Our many years of experience has taught us that when young children get involved with the fun and excitement of competitive swimming then their technique, fitness and determination to improve accelerates at a far greater rate than those swimmers who do not compete.
If you are scheduled in a group on these Timezone sessions and do wish to take part then please talk to your coach about doing your session on another night that week.
The next TimeZone is on: the 28th of May and the 25th of June
W/up & Registrations 4.15pm. Start 5pm
Cost $5.00. Register on
the day.
STOKES VALLEY POOL
We are starting lessons for Aquakids on the 19th of April on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Sharks and Crocodiles at 4pm, Alligators and Piranhas at 4.30pm.
Make Up Classes
When your child misses a class due to sickness you are entitled to a make up class.
However you cannot carry missed classes over to the next term, get a refund or discount for missed classes.
Make up classes can be arranged by phoning or emailing Yvonne.

CERTIFICATES
Did you see our new certificates?! We handed them out in the last week of the term. If you were away that week, you will receive your certificate when we start back up on the 10th of May.
